Q: WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FROM ORDER?

Our TV Mirrors are 3-12 weeks as standard, depending on the design you choose.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF ACTUAL TV'S DO YOU USE?

We use Samsung Ultra HD 4K Smart TV screens or similar. If 40 inches and above we will use 4K screens to give you the most up to date in ultra high definition viewing. We generally use Samsung unless the client requests a particular brand or model.

Q: CAN YOUR MIRROR TV SCREENS BE CONNECTED TO MY HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM LIKE LUTRON?

You can use the Smart TV's inside just like any other TV with HDMI connection or wifi and bluetooth. The TV can also connect to Sky, Virgin, DVD players etc as usual.

Q: IF I BUY THE 'FRAMED OR FRAMELESS' MIRROR TV HOW WILL I GET SOUND?

These models just hang on the wall from a special slim wall mount of which we provide and sound will come from the TV from behind as usual, so no special speaker connecting is required.

Q: CAN I SEE THE TV PICTURE WHEN THE TV IS SWITCHED OFF? 

No, the TV behind disappears completely and you only see the beautiful mirror.

Yes we offer a 5 year warranty on all orders.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A QUOTE?

Usually the same or next day if possible.
